DISPOSAL ALTERNATIVES FOR TV'S, APPLIANCES, ELECTRONICS, COMPUTERS & HAZARDOUS WASTE
Town residents may bring tree brush, leaves, scrap iron, or old metal appliances to 600 Main St., Allenton.
NO TIRES, REFRIGERATORS, FREEZERS, MICROWAVES, TV'S, AIR CONDITIONERS, OR LP TANKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Additional date for Leaf Collection will be Saturday, November 6, 2021.
Drop leaves off at 600 Main St., Allenton.

Our recycling provider will be changing to Harter's Lakeside Disposal as of November 2, 2021. Your continued participation in the Recycling Program helps the Town of Addison keep recycling collection weights up. These weights help the Town qualify for a Recycling Grant from Wisconsin DNR. Single Stream Collection
*DO NOT USE PLASTIC BAGS IN THE CARTS!
ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE RINSED CLEAN.
Acceptable items for single stream recycling include:
- Cardboard-cut into 2’x3’ pieces, bundled or tied.
- Food Boxes
- Beverage Cans
- Food Cans
- Jars (glass and plastic)
- Plastic bottles #1 thru #7
- Glass bottles
Items that CANNOT be recycling single stream include:
- Plastic grocery bags
- Polystyrene (styrofoam)
- Shredded paper
- Paper cups and food containers with a plastic coating
- Wet paper
- Aerosol cans
- Boxes and containers with food waste and residue
- Household glass
- Ceramics and pottery
- Hypodermic needles
- Automotive parts & scrap metals
- Yard Waste
- Paint, pesticides, automotive fluids, diesel fuel, gasoline, kerosene & car batteries
Recycling pick-up is on an A/B week schedule every Tuesday.
Have recycling at the curb by 6:00 a.m.
